At Chloe’s Closet, we take great care in curating every piece with love — from the products themselves to the beautiful packaging they arrive in.
We kindly ask our customers to handle both with the same care and attention.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- Items are returned in their original condition (unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging)
- A Gift Receipt or Fiscal Receipt is provided
- If a receipt is unavailable, please contact us with the purchaser’s name and we will do our best to locate the order
- Returns are made in person at one of our stores in Sliema or Valletta
⚠️ Important
Packaging is considered an essential part of our products and brand experience.
For this reason, items with visible damage to packaging cannot be accepted for return, and no exceptions can be made.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or discounted items (including clearance)
- Any item with damaged or altered packaging
We kindly ask that all items and packaging are handled with care, as both are equally important to us.
💳 Refunds & Credit Notes
- Cash refunds are not offered
- Approved returns will be issued as a credit note
- Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Credit notes cannot be used on sale or clearance items
- Credit notes are issued within 14 days of the original purchase date
🎁 Gift Vouchers
- Valid for 6 months from the date of issue
- Expiry date is clearly stated on each voucher
- Cannot be used on sale or clearance items
- Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed
📦 Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue promptly and with care
