At Chloe’s Closet, we take great care in curating both our products and their packaging, and we kindly ask our customers to do the same.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
Items are returned in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging)
The return is accompanied by a Gift Receipt or Fiscal Receipt
If these are not available, please contact us with the purchaser’s name, and we will do our best to retrieve the order details
Items are returned in person to one of our shops in Sliema or Valletta
⚠️ Important
Products with visible damage to the packaging are not eligible for return. Packaging is considered an essential part of the product presentation, and for this reason no exceptions can be made.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
All sale or discounted items, including clearance products
Any item with damaged or altered packaging
We kindly ask customers to handle both items and packaging with care, as both are equally important to us.
💳 Refunds & Credit Notes
Cash refunds are not offered
Eligible returns will be issued a credit note
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
Credit notes cannot be redeemed on Sale or Clearance items
Credit notes are issued within 14 days from the original order date and may be used on future purchases within the stated validity period
🎁 Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue
The expiry date is clearly stated on each voucher
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed on Sale or Clearance items
Expired gift vouchers cannot be accepted or redeemed
📦 Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
